We partnered with Kuwait Institute of Banking Studies to produce the first session of the Banking Leadership Forum. Our scope was comprehensive; covering pre-event planning, on-site management, and post-event deliverables. This included stage and set design, lighting, sound, A/V direction, program flow, script development, and content design.
The objective was clear: an elevated, seamless, and well-organized experience from arrival to closing. Every element was delivered with precision and intention, ensuring the event met the standards expected by a distinguished audience of chairmen and board members from Kuwait’s leading banks; setting the tone for all future sessions of the Forum.
